Odd, eh Willow? Where have they hidden little Charles?!

I can see one

Charles Hammon age 7 born and living Cheltenham with a family called Wyld, relationship to household 'not known'. There's also an Amos Hammon age 12 in the household. Was trying to see if they could be Harmans but I certainly can't see Amos on any other census nor a birth!!

In 1851

2 Sherbourne Street Cheltenham

Elizabeth Harman 55 W head b West Nibley Straw bonnet maker
Elizabeth Harman 17 U dau b Cheltenham truss maker

HO107/1973 Folio 159 Page 2

Now if we can just find them in the 1841 census with the elusive Mr Harman we might be able to start tying down the elusive parents of Charles

Very weird isn't it Tati?!

I'm wondering if there isn't a name change somewhere in this lot

Annoying thing as well is that the baptism records for Cheltenham between 1837 and 1856 aren't on the IGI ::)
