Need a Griffiths Valuation Look Up Please- COMPLETED

I think I may have finally cracked the wall in my Sherwood research but I need a lookup in the Griffiths Valuation. Could someone please lookup a Richard Sherwood in the County of Offaly, Parish of Killaderry, Townland of Down. Many thanks in anticipation.

According to Griffiths, Richard Sherwood was the lessee of a house, office and garden with a total area of 24 perches. The lessor is one Edward J B Bor.

The reference on Griffiths map is 8 and this contains three lessees including Richard Sherwood. Michael and George Gill are lessees from Edward Bor of 201 acres of land and they in turn are lessors to a John Lankan who has house, office and garden.
