Jane Jervis/Jarvis nee Williams born 1834 Beddgelert, died 1882 Llanddeiniolen, possibly Commercial Inn, widow of Thomas.

This was my gt.grandmother's sister.

I have just realised that My books are in my laptop case which I have left at my sister in law's house. I will get them back next saturday and will look it up for you then - promise!!
Was that the Commercial Inn in Penisarwaun Village? -  My mother was  born in the small house next door! The house is still standing but not an Inn now as you may well know.

Yes that's it. I have never visited Penisarwaen Village so have no idea what the Inn looked like.

Thomas had moved by 1901 to Disgwylfa, Llanrug, and he died 1907.

In rememberance of Jane the wife of Thomas T Jervis Commercial Inn Penisarwaun who died June 14th 1882 aged 48. Also their son Robert who died March 15th 1885 aged 17. Also the above mentioned Thomas Jervis who died JAnuary 18th 1907 aged 74. Their son David Closs Jervis who died August 26th 1908 aged 20

With reference to the COMMERCIAL INN in Penisarwaun i visited family in that village this summer. I have a photo of the building that was once Commercial Inn (as my Grandmother worked there inthe 1930s)

Hi I have been researching my family off and on for the last few years, can tell me did they have a daughter Jane who married an Owen Lewis, because my gt. gt.gt grandmother was a Jane Jarvis/Jervis whose father was Thomas from Llanddeiliolen

Thomas 1833 had a sister Jane born  1835 - is that about the right age?   no marriage information as yet,  or are you referring to Thomas's daughter Jane born 1865. I have her marrying  a William Dalton.
