WW1 RFA Abbreviations

Can anyone help with deciphering/ the various abbreviations on the Service

Blacker, TF served in the Royal Field Artillery in Salonica from 22 Jan 1917
to 5 Jan 1919, but there is obviously a lot more detail of Battalions etc in
there that might be interesting.

which abbreviations don't you understand?

Particularly, it's the following;
23-1-17  Transferred for BM? Salonica  -  What's the BM?
27-9-18  It looks like 18/3 Bde.  -  Which Brigade?
25-1-19  Posted (Supry).  -  What is Supry?
10-2-19  3e Res Bde  -  what is 3e?

I don't want to steal Harribobs thunder (I'm sure he'll come back later to confirm or shout me down  ) but I'll say

BMF - British Mediterranean Force
18/3 Bde - 18 Battery, 3rd Brigade, RA  (artillery were organised into batteries and brigades rather than say companies and battalions)
Supry - supernumerary
3e - third (though why written with the French abbreviation rather than 3rd I don't know)

An alternative for the last one may be 3c Reserve Brigade    [Deepcut]

The entry above (same line as Supry) appears to have No.4 Depot (Y Scheme)    [Woolwich]

It's the first time I've needed to 'translate' any of this type of record.

It just helps build up a picture of where he went and what he did.
