So sorry to hear that Alan has  passed on. I first "met" Alan on a different forum and he welcomed me here and we chatted about his time down in Bracknell before moving North. We laughed as we must have passed each other often.

im so sorry to hear the sad news of Alan's passing,  he was one of the most friendliest gentlemen i have ever had the pleasure to know, no matter how ill he was he always had concern for others and never grumbled about anything.
