This is the only "Roland " I could find on the Crimean Casualty Roll ..... I wonder if this is him by any chance ....  ?!!

            I live near Detroit, in the State of Michigan. in what year was he in a "poorhouse?".
                             I will see what I can find out about hin while he was in Michigan.

I can't find him on the 1920 census but he was crossing back and forth in 1922 !! I can't find him on the 1930 census but he might have died by then !!

the only date that I have - is the  Arlington newspaper in 1928 .... though why Arlington I have no idea !!

It was also in Charleston Daily Mail January 11th 1928 !! ........ I don't understand why !! 

unless the other papers just picked it up !!

             I will check the addresses on Linwood and Bellevue. I wonder what the name of the "poorhouse" was I suspect it was Eloise on Michigan Avenue in Westland. This is very interesting!
