Here is a portion of a death cert. I want to know the cause of death. The first word begins with C, the second with D and then it says 2 years certified. I can read all the rest so can you geniuses help?

What year was this ?
Post menopausal decay seems a very vague term so my guess is that it was early to mid 1800's.
