Lamb Family 1841 census lookup please

I'm writing up my family research & realize I have quite a big gap around one of the main lines the Lamb  Family originally from Croydon but they seem to have moved to London by the late 1700s.
There were quite a few children to John Lamb & his wife Elizabeth Shorey. They both died before the 1841 census but I hope their children were still alive & kicking then. I would be very grateful for any glimpses into what they were doing.
1. Eliza the eldest was born 18 Dec 1786 and ch. St Antholin, Budge Row, London She died 21 Aug 1786 in Camberwell.
2. Jane Elizabeth b. 28 Aug 1788 & ch St Antholin, Budge Row she married William Reeves & I already have their 1841 census (she died in 1849).
3. John was b 18 Apr 1790 Ch St Antholin Budge Row
4. Ann was b 21 Nov 1791 Ch 22 Dec 1791 St Antholin Budge Row, she died in Nov 1881 in the Greenwich District.
5. William Bailey Lamb b: 25 Jan 1794 ch: 25 Feb 1794 St Antholin Budge Row.
6.Lucy - only listed in an old family tree I have never been able to find her.
7.Richard b: 17 Jul 1796 ch: 17 Aug 1796 St Katherine Colman London
8.George Lamb ch 17 Dec 1800 St Katherine Colman London - I think he might have died in infancy
9.Sophia: b: 5 Dec 1802 ch: 6 Jan 1803 St Katherine Colman died 31 Nov 1854 10 Grafton St Clapham - I already have her in the 1851 census living with her Reeves nieces.
11. Ellen  b: 8 Feb 1805 died 19 Aug 1901 apparently m a Henry Cavendish who was b 1797 d 26 March 1877 - but my details about Ellen except for her death in the BMDs are from some old handwritten family  notes.

Well I know this is a lot but I would be VERY GRATEFUL for ANY help with the above. I'd love to know what any of them were up to in 1841 or beyond .

She doesn't show up on any other censuses as Ellen Cavendish......so I'll search for other spellings and age ranges.....

Only Ellen Cavendish that shows born 1805 up + or - 10 years for 1841 is born in Ireland.

One interesting thing in light of the 1881 Census though....there are 4 Cavendish entries for that age range that are listed as Hon.  Given name Cavendish!

Then in 1861 I think this might be her....though her age is out by ten years.......

My eyes really boggled at that one, Liz......I'd have said "porkies" but I keep seeing all these Cavendish Lady this and Sir that and honorables as well!     

There's this Ellen in 1841 under Reeves.....

Dee you're being a GREAT help thank you. Ellen should be under Ellen Lamb though it was Jane Elizabeth who married a William Reeves. Sorry I probably wasn't clear in my notes all those 11 children were Lambs.
Apologies for any confusion - or am I not getting something here??

1841 is so difficult because it doesn't give places of birth....and they could all well be married.

Think I might finally have found a couple of them in 1841......but there's not much information.....
