i have been on NTL for a few years and am very happy with them. If you want to be able to keep the same e-mail address why don't you get a free one from Yahoo or Hotmail etc ?

Thats true had my yahoo name of willow4873 for about 4 years now - all hail to Yahoo! and in that time had about 4 IP providers and always managed to pick it back up again
