Although your pictures are scanned at 300ppi , they still seem pixelated . Did you shrink them down to fast ?

You can have up to 500k files !

I know it's a pain , but it might give you better results.

No I haven't shrink them. They are in poor condition. That's fine for me. I don't expect wonders !!!

:-\  If you scaned at 300dpi with best quality / no compression your file would be over 400kb and not showing the pixelation we see in our software - evem if it was the worst photo going!

Just a thought, did you scan an original photo or one sent to you by email?

what scanner do you have?
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

Here is the photo again 300dpi +high quality.
I have an Epson perfection 1670 scanner.
What software do you use for this job ?
