Is anyone out there a member? I sent an e-mail a month ago to their shop with an enquiry about a publication in their catalogue but got no response.
I'd be interested in any views on this FHS.

I have been a member for many years but have never tried to order goods from them.  I enjoy the magazine though.   Presumably all helpers are volunteers so it may just be that they are away on holiday or something.

I am a member too and have both ordered goods and used their members' finding service and both goods and responses are received usually within the same week. Must be a bit of bad luck having waited so long. As Andrea says, they are all volunteers, maybe worth giving them a chase.

Thanks to all of you who replied.
As suggested I have refreshed my request and have now received a reply from the Chairman of NDFHS.
So hopefully this is now resolved.
