CENSUS:

1. 1901 Census, RG13-1990-19-29 Upway, Dorset.

gosh this gioes back a few years.i will have to recap my memory and re look up some of my records.the whites also used and do today use the name hughes.tom white was the father of maurice white who changed his name to hughes!!!!!there are two separate lines of hughes.one coming from robert hughes born 1818 who married sarah davis.i have that line i think complete if need any info.the other hughes were sometimes called white, issaccs and jones.but my hughes also called themselves jones in the 1871 cencus.as of now unless anyone knows different we dont know the perants of prisilla or tom!!!!i can go forward with them but not back.however you must be related.can you tell me what your connection to them is.

Hi. Thank you for your swift reply. Sorry for slow reply, had to load my tree up. As you can tell I am new to this but my wife is, as far as we can find, the Great, Great, Granddaughter of Jesse Hughes via his Daughter Charity.
