Hi Terry,

As I`m finding quite a few relatives for Inch I want to send for the MIs from DGFHS.  My query is as to which one to order, my birth start 1730s and known deaths through to end of 19C.  Another posting said MIs are unusual for 18C - but which would you recommend Old Parish & Soulseat or New Kirkyard - or both?

Thanks, Linda  :)

Hi Linda,

I'm sorry I'm not in the area so I'm afraid I can't help with that one.  I have the Old Parish and Soulseat, so maybe you could get the other and I could help you with any query's regarding the one I have.

That`s kind of you thanks. I will probably get Stoneykirk too while I am at it and see what I glean from them.  ;D

Hi Terry,
Just new on this chat room site. Lots of reading to catch up with.. Very interesting. I came in on a thread earlier today "Jane Morland" I am very new at this and notice you seem to be very helpful for many people.. I am sure everyone sincerely appreciates your time.. I too ask for your time if you are in a position to offer. The name Morland is my main research and I wonder if you have any Morland info to share ? You will see the thread Jane Morland and my posting as mentioned with a number of names.. There were a number of Morlands in or around Inch and maybe there are some names to share?

Thanks for your time
