Look up for marriage certificate

Hi,
Please could some one look up a marriage certificate for:

Ivy Hart to Richard (Dick) Tunnicliffe.  (He was Scottish)
Mitcham area I think.
Date married about 1937.
I have spent hours looking to no avail.

Hi Shirlann

Ivy and Dick are my grandparents, I would love to know why you want to know this information.  My Grandmother is still alive, she was 99 in Jan this year, the youngest of 9.

Please reply if you have any information or if you would like to know more.
