Witnesses are John WHITEHEAD and Jane WELLER
Joseph signed his name as “HERNE”

Have these Weller's anything to do with the Bucks ones....

After ALL this time I've got him!  Another researcher (HURN) has doggedly pursued Joseph while trying to sort out his own Norfolk family.  Yesterday, Mike sent me four more generations worth of my HEARNE family!

Joseph, bap. 1 Sep 1789 Southrepps, was the son of Thomas HERNE and Mary ROBINSON.

Thomas, bap. 26 Dec 1756 Sheringham, was the son of John HURN and Uriah/Ursula MASON.

John, bap. 25 July 1731 Edgefield, was the son of Thomas HERN and Mary [unknown].

Thomas, bap. 14 Jul 1695, was the son of Thomas HURN and Elizabeth [unknown].

Thomas, bap. ca 1660 Edgefield.

More work to do but this info is amazing!

Thomas Herne/Hurne bap 14 July 1695, father Thomas and mother Elizabeth Watkins. They were married 18 Nov 1684 in Cockthorpe. They are my ancestors too! Let me know if you want more
