ISBN: 978-0-9564110-0-6

If you want a complete history of the area, and you want detail and
photogrpahs, this book is a must.  It is 182 pages and has the same
dimensons as a "Shoe box" this probably to cater for an excellent
spread of photogrpahs and text. The book is well wrtiten in a factual
sense. I received the book as a present. There is 20 euro price tag on it, if
so, then it is very good price for an excellent piece of work.

As the book is supported by the Heritiage Council, Government
Publications, in Molesworth Street may stock it....

what I suggest is that you write to your correspondent in Marino
Green and include your contact details. Alot of times when house
changes hands, all the old family history ends up in a skip. You will
find that people here in Ireland are very helpful and if they can help
they will.

hi

Just Google'd your the address for Marino Green. The address is for Emperor Tiling, Contractors their contact #'s are on the internet, perhaps there might
be some items left in the attic or something. I would say the house changed
hands in the last 4-8 years, as houses selling+buying was a national pastime.

Goodluck!

Thank you for that Information and the links.

I am not sure if the family had any links with the IRA certainly Gerry never talked about it and when asked he would point blank refure says therewas a lot more to it than people knew, remembering this was back in the 60s early 70s. I think he would have been to young at eleven to be invovled as would his siblings.
There was a Christy Mullen and I did a bit of research but it was not Gerry's older brother.

thanks again for the information
