Just to say - still hoping to come - but can't be sure yet, a few major things to organise before then!

to whet your taste buds for the meeting, I have here a thought provoking image.  The attached pic is a menu aboard the RMS Austral, December 1890  ;D :-X :-*

Hi all,
just thought I should mention, if there is anyone who wants to come but have put off the thought because of a physical disability, then worry no more.

My house is set up for such problems,
 - easy access stairs with hand rail to the front.
 - hand rails for both toilets (yep two of them  ;D)
 - ramp will be built with new deck. wide enough for a wheel chair.
 - if you are in a wheel chair you can access the house via the back yard.

and I am sure many willing helpers will be at hand.
So you see, there is no excuse  ;)

Also have ducted heating and air con throughout!

Trish - please do tell about this 'Trish Dish'.

hahahahaha  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Trish,
I had not read that as a possibility at all.  To this mugs reading it would seem to have an Irish flavour to dah stew  :D ;)

But I could bring a huge black cauldron and stew you like some natives were depicted in the comics back in the 1960's  :o :o  I'm sure you would be sooo tender as to not need tooooooooooo much boiling up  Trish ::) ::)

Perhaps I should find the time for a photo restore so you can all read it straight  :-*

Cheers

Have to admit I didn't realise how close I was to the Irish -  :)  :)  Think I'll stay North of Melbourne, just in case.

Sounds like a great meet

enjoy
