A little more help please for a little cutie.

This will be my last this week (have noted 2 recommended photos a week) but wonder if anyone could be kind enough to improve this picture of my Mum taken in the 1930's when she won a Cow and Gate competition.

POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.
