Also if anyone can look up a marriage between John Andrew Brewer around 1879 to a woman named Priscilla? IN the Bath Somerset area.

Hi
Continuing on from the request. I have the birth of a John Brewer and Mary ? presumebly in Bath. Their first son also John was born on 21/03/1795 in Walcot Bath, but I was not able to find a marriage for John and Mary. I don' t know if John 1795 was their first child but I would imagine he was their first son. Can anyone else see any other likely children for John and Mary?

Many Thanks

A bit of a long shot, but there's this marriage at Bitton

11.02.1794 BREWER JOHN WID OTP MARY CROOM SPIN OTP B

(Bitton's between Bath and Bristol, about 5 miles from Bath.)

Thanks DRH123, love the profile picture by the way!!

The request you have answered was in February 20008 and I didn't have much info, so some of what I said there is no longer valid. One of the reasons I have updated my search, so basically I have the marriage for John and Mary 1745, they had a John c 1750-60 this is a rough estimate given his own sons birth in 1795 eitherway so I would imagine there were other children.
Hope that clarifies that.

It would be great if I could find some siblings for my various Johns. At present it's a thin line going straight up to this marriage, so I'd really like to pad it out a bit, not many researches for the Bath Brewers it seems.

Thanks for the details of the marriage too.

He's my gg-grandfather, I don't look anything like him :)

Have you tried the Bath Forum Hundred group
http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/bathforumhundred/

Specific to the Bath area so you may have a better chance of finding someone interested in the Brewers.
They also have transcripts of many of the Bath parish registers. But unfortunately not Walcot for the 1790s.

To add to this the Brewer name can be added to the names of Chard,Butcher, Barrett(Worcester) who married into the Brewer family at various times.
