I keep looking at this one , the eye's, brow and hairline are really quite good, what if I emailed you a photo of him would that help

That would help enormously. If you post it here, everyone will be able to have a go.

The first picture here is just not quite clear enough to give an indication of the most important facial landmarks, the mouth, nose and chin, so another image of him would be very useful
