John Bruce 1844 Glasgow

I'm looking for the parents, and or ancestors of John Bruce 1844.  Also details of his wife Louise ?
In later years he moved to Drighlington and Batley in Yorkshire.
I appreciate any help.

john bruce. b. 1843 glasgow son of mary.
john bruce. b. 1844. glasgow. son of henry-agnes.
john bruce. b. 1845. glasgow living with grandfather john and possible father hugh in sutherland.

his marriage cert would help you.

Hello Wozzle, Thank you . The only other info I have is from the 1891 census England where John was living in Batley Yorkshire. His wife was Louise and there children were:-
Alice Ann Bruce age 4
Annie Bruce 7/12
Arthur Bruce 13  (my grandad)
Ernest Bruce 15
Harry Bruce 21
Miranda Bruce 17
John Bruce now 47
Louise bruce 36
and an Alexanda Merton 69

i have just been looking back and it looks like he was married twice in 1881 censushe is married to an anne
in 1871 he is with son harry and wife ann  in 1891 as you say he is with wife louise.
so the assumption is that he married louise between 1881-1891.
will see if i can find the marriage.
do you have the 1871,1881 census or do you want me to post them here.
in 1871 he gives a different birthplace.

found louisa fearnley in 1881 born abt 1857 birthplace kirkheaton
so it looks quite likely this is the right marriage

have johns first marriage in 1864 in dewsbury to either ann longbottom or ann akeroyd.
will have a further look later on  to try and determine which it is,
