Gregory - Westhoughton

Hi,
Is there anyone out there looking into the family Gregory from Westhoughton. I have managed to trace relatives going back to 1781 but cannot seem to progress. The last relative which I am happy is one of ours is William Gregory born in Westhoughton in 1781 married to a Ann Williams, (I think) she was born in 1781 in Westhoughton married in 1804 and died in 1865. They had three children that I know of Margaret, John and Henry married to Alice Ormrod.
I think William's father was John Gegory married to Esther Walker and John's father Wm Gregory.

At the risk of stating the obvious:  Have you checked the IGI?  There are slews of GREGORYs listed in Westhoughton, going way back.

Have you had a look at Online Parish Clerk Lancashire site Click on Parish on Left handside and then onto W then Westhoughton this gives MIs for St Bartholomew Church and other area's around Westhoughton.
