Isabella COWARD - 1803 Batcombe

I have Isabella married to Charles Minchinton and a year of birth about 1803 allegedly in Batcombe. However, I cannot find her deatils anywhere. The records I have seen for Batcombe are not guaranteed complete which may be why I cannot find her but maybe she was baptised in a different village. I have tried for years to trace this woman she is my gt gt gt grandmother. Can anyone help please?

  Found this in 1861 census in Ilminster Somerset

Isabella Minchinton head ,age 59, wid, b Batcombe Dorset 
James son, age 17, b Broadway Somerset, occ ag lab

   In 1871 Isabella lives in the same place. Her son is not with her but she has a lodger.

   Her name is Caroline Waldren, age 49, b Honese Dorset.

  Will see if i can find her in early census for you.

   Did you know any of the children to comfirm this? James was born in Broadway so im hoping
   this is them.

Thanks, I have looked through some census records hoping that maybe I would find family members such as parents so I could get her maiden name and parents details. The records online are the Bishops transcripts with the possibility of some missing information but there are baptism records for the possible year of Isabella's birth and the surrounding years so I am assuming that maybe she wasnt baptised there after all. There are no other Cowards in the records either. Really don't know what to do now.
