clean and restore please

could anyone clean and  restore grandads old pic  i beleive it was taken  1914
 its the only one we got  as  my  mums mum pics seemed to all have been detroyed and we had to sneaked this off her eldest sister  and scan it and put it back with out her noticing as she doesent let it out of her sight so as u can guess it was difficult.

Not sure if its too much of an improvement
but
Have changed prespective - the photo being taken of a photo at an angle ??? ??? ??? ???

Please scan all photographs at 300-600 dpi.
Please feel free to colour/modify any restores posted by me.
