He is still there in 1871 but age is wrongly transcribed (search for Stow* Wil*) - this time he is a labourer but in 1861 was a Chelsea Pensioner. Shown as married in both Census but wife not there.
On the IGI there is a Stow Willcock who marries a Sarah Cade
In 1787 a Michael Willcock married Mary Stow at Long Sutton - I should think Stow connected to them.
I do not know whether you would be able to find anything from Chelsea Out Pensioner Records
