I think this maybe Fanny is Fiance Smith
I wonder why the families went from Glasgow ? strange they usually went from liverpool

I will search for them ..I know I have Robert in the 1891 ...he is a widower and living with his daughters in Northam , devon.
daughters; Harriet, Bessie, Rachel and Charlotte.

 I know fiance is Smith sister to Peggy Smith married Joseph Orchard but when he went to live with Louise they had daughter harriet penfold she married Henry Buckland

I can;t rember now who robert Penfolds parents weredid get told will look it up but know it ties back in with your family
