Hi Acky,

Here she is in 1881
http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=uki1881&indiv=try&h=143629
RG11/1636 8 9

Given Eliza age 30 is niece and Minnie is the grandniece, we can suppose Minnie is Eliza's daughter but only Minnie's birth cert would tell for sure ...

I see her marriage to Mr Ping is on the IGI (exctracted record)  8) It doesn't mention a father's name for her although it does mention Richard Ping's father, therefore it's likely she was born to an unmarried mother.  :)

Thanks ,we have traced the   Gough  family from Cranfield to Ketton  Rutland,in the 1800s,it is the father of Minnie  who is the mystery, but one of her names is the key OFFEN,it seems to be the father. We believe  in those days the father s namewas often included .any thoughts ??????ACKY ::)
