Im looking for a birth 1864-1866.

Anyone near a mormon church?

Have you tried searching for the person's birth on LDS site yet? Many, not all, Irish births 1864-c1880 are listed in IGI. However, many early birth were simply not registered so it might be that there will be no birth certificate.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Hi, Yes I have......IGI have a tiny amount of Irish records particularly as the one Im seeking is R.C.

It's my only hope really.
