can anyone find details on mary walsh born mooncoin c.1864 dont know who parents are where was she in 1871/81/91

First complete surviving census for Ireland is 1901.
Civil registration of births started 1864 but wasn't compulsory until 1870 so many early births weren't recorded. You could try searching on LDS site (have many but not all Irish births 1864-c1880).
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

If you try the above link you will find three records of baptism of girls called Mary Walsh in Mooncoin in 1864.  But if you have no further clues as to her parents they may not get you any further.
