Thank you Carolanne, my 2x great grandma's maiden name was Egan she married Patrick Kelly. So little Katie Kelly’s mother was Egan, That’s amazing!

My husband and I are planning on coming to Barnsley in May, not sure where to stay yet The Ibis at Dodworth if  The Toby  is open for meals or The Premier Inn! 🤷‍♀️ I’ll let you know

Ah Carolanne,  Comberton has kindly replied with information of a buriel for a Kate Kelly (thank you) buried 11 October 1893 aged 20 months at Worsbrough Dale. Is there any way I can find out if this baby Kate is the a child of Patrick and Maria Egan/Kelly?

Well it looks like the birth is her, not sure if it will mention any parents names on the death cert but its possible I'd say send for the death cert.

Thank you so much for that. Another person sent me information of a Kate Kelly death in 1893. Burial in the parish of St. Thomas Worsbrough Dale 6th October 1893 age 20 heavenly months it says, 💔 they lived in Worsbrough before moving to Tune Street, Barnsley. This probably is the little one I’ve been looking for so yes I will send for the death certificate.

Annie Kelly born 1887 reg quarter Jan,Feb,Mar v9c p192 Barnsley
Died 1887 reg quarter Jan,Feb,Mar v9c p112 Barnsley
Family lived in Worsbrough so may be buried there. I wondered if this little one was a daughter of Patrick and Maria Kelly (maiden name, Egan) she may be the sister of Katie Kelly the little girl you found earlier for me thank you much appreciated
