Hi and welcome to Rootschat.

This looks like her birth registration.

Florence Ethel Wolverson, March Quarter 1908, Wolverhampton.  Vol 6b Page 661

A copy of her birth cert should give her parents names along with her mother's maiden name.

Hope this helps.

Sandie

Hi LynneApril,

there is a big group of Wolverson researchers who all email each other regularly to help with the research.

One of the researchers has a tree with most of the known Wolversons on it.  Your Florence Ethel is there, no details for her but her links to the rest of us are known.  If you would like to PM me with an email address, I can introduce you to the rest of the group.

One of my great-great-grandmothers was a Sarah Wolverson, daughter of Edward Wolverson and Sarah Groutage.  You seem to be descended from Edward's brother William.

We'd love to hear from you,
Sheila

Ooops sorry,  :-[

I got so excited, I got carried away there.  The brother's name was Thomas.  Their father's name was William.
