Help with a clean up please

Hi  - could someone have a go at making these 3 children look clean for me (though i am sure they never were)

im sure you will get more as it is a lovely picture ;)
i have tried to leave it as close to the origianal as possible

Hi Meggles

As 'Lil Stump' I have tried to retain the original colours :) :) :)
My thoughts are that this could be a hand coloured photo

Hope it is o.k.

Please scan all photographs at 300-600 dpi.
Please feel free to colour/modify any restores posted by me.
