Anyone going to the RO feel kind enough to help me?

Hinderwell parish registers (cover Roxby as far as I can tell)

Birth/Baptism of Harriet Teresa Welford, born Oct-Dec 1851. I have the GRO index, it is Vol XXIV page 621 if that's any help (sorry never been to RO so don't know the protocol - and I hope this doesn't break any copyright rules!)

Dying to find out who her parents were...

Since I changed my job last Feb, I have been unable to go to Northallerton records office, I miss my days in there very much, I hope someone else may be able to go for you.  Good luck with research

Harriet Theresa Welford (20/9/1851) was one (of 11) children of Matthew Welford (1818, Newton Mulgrave) and Jane Hick (c.1821, Scaling, Easington Parish) who married 5/12/1838 in Hinderwell.
Their other children (dates approx, all born Roxby) were;
Mary 1838, Ann 1840, Isaac 1842, Susannah 1845, Ellen 1847, Robert 1849, Matthew 1853, Henry 1857, George William 1860 and Ralph 1862

Harriet had a son, Albert, born 7/11/1870 in Roxby. His birth certificate doesn't name a father. He lived in Roxby with Harriet's sister Ellen Readman (ne Welford) from 1871 to 1891 and married Emma Barnes in 1892

She married Robert Seymour in 1872 and had a son Matthew Welford Seymour (born 1874, Boulby). Robert died in 1879 and in 1880 Harriet married Alfred Watts (c1850, Henlow, Bedfordshire), a widower with 3 children.
