Yes l am tired of waiting l think mine's lost see my post in beginners( not received Certificate)posts here have  also answers some of my questions, thanks all.

I think things are improving.  I ordered 5 certs from the GRO on 29th Mar and got them in two lots on 4th and 6th of April  ;D ;D

I go along with Mobo---Blackburn are spot on.Sent off n enquiry on Thurs 7th April and my reply,although disappointing,was received today Saturday 9th April.EXCELLENT service.

I'm glad the GRO took our advice  :)  ;)  - according to a report in Your Family Tree magazine, they've taken on more staff and are on course to achieve the 4 day turnaround 'in April'.

Paul, I confirm the wait is coming down!  I ordered two certs on 9 April and received yesterday 15th - so is now down to 6 days.  Definitely better than waiting a fortnight!!!!!

Bodmin. Plymouth and Weymouth all sent back within 2 days. Plymouth sent photcopy of the original - brill.
