Definuitely pro local - they seem to average about 7 days
Plus you get a photocopy of the actual certificate not the registry entry

How did you manage that? The Cert I received from a local RO was a typewritten version......another opportunity for mistakes! What am I doing wrong?

Every one I've received from the local RO has been a certified photocopy
I would think it takes longer to type one out rather than photocopy it
