Thanks for the welcome. Just been in the chatroom, what a friendly lot.
Not sure if this is the right place to post... or whether I should post details of my family... well if moderators moderate, then please feel free to do your worst, lol.

Paternal Andrew Downie (dob 12th March 1914 (I think,to confirm)
                                          Motherwell)
              Agnes Wright      (dob 13th March 1914-ish)

Maternal John Forsyth (dob Bellshill)
               Sarah Connor (dob Bellshill)

As you can see details have to be confirmed.

If the relatives are from Scotland, then its probably better to
post on the Scotland board or whichever the county the came
from in Scotland.
