Happy St Patrick's Day Jeanee,

The Enfield King website has a section which names three London manufactures of various types of .303 cartirdges. http://enfieldking.tripod.com/enfieldking/id13.html

Pre war there were 200,000 women in what became the munitions industry. When the war ended that number had increased to 900,000.

You may have more luck attempting to find the names of the various companies that made the arms, munitions and vehicles and then search for their staff records.

Anyway the reason i think it may help was i got intouch with and was helped by Erith and Belvedere Local History Society ,if you were to e-mail them i think they could help. The munitions factory was on Crayford marshes called The Trench Warfare filling factory so alot of the women around Erith would have worked there
Good Luck

The tradedy took place at the Slade Green Filling Factory which had been a munitions works under Government control but at the time of the incident was being used by the company of Messrs W. B. Gilbert Ltd for the breaking down of munitions. www.whitstablescene.co.uk/1924.htm
