   Would like a census lookup 1841 for John Davis
 his wife Charlotte and a child Mary Elizabeth born about 1839.

This is all I was able to find.  Do you have any other information such as birth year for John or Charlotte?  Davis/Davies is a common name.

Do you have them on later censuses?  Where were they all born?

 No I haven"t found them on any other censuses. The only information I have is that the child Mary Elizabeth was born about 1839 in Liverpool and I got that off her death cert.
 Hope you can help me.

Took a look for a birth record and this is the only one that came up for 1839.

Davis    Mary Elizabeth    St. Austell    

The district St. Austell is an alternative name for St Austell and it is in the county of Cornwall

I went back and tried to find the family in a census, still no luck.
