William Gee circa 1790s
« on: Friday 28 December 07 19:01 GMT (UK) »
I'm have managed to trace my wife's family line out of South London to Yorkshire, via Lincolnshire.

I have got particularly got stuck with a William Gee.  Whilst I have managed to find him on the 1841, 1851, 1861 and 1871 censuses, his place of birth is shown as either Wentworth, Cadley or just Yorkshire.  His birth is around 1795-180.  William was an accountant  and married a Mary Leeman and died in 1872 in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

I have tried the IGI records, but can't seem to match in Wentworth.

Could anybody be able to help or suggest any other avenues to pursue.

Thanks

Aaron
