Strugling Aussie trying to find family in Doon

Hi

I'm trying to find the children of Michael O'CONNOR b. 1838 who married Mary BUCKLEY within the Doon area.

One child known as Nell went to America and married James O"Dowd (their son was Mike O'Dowd- USA Middleweight Boxing Champion )

As I have not been able to find any record of Nell I was hoping someone could find this family so I could see what her real name maybe aswell as syblings.

my name is Larry O`Connor from Cooga Doon Co. Limerick. The Michael O`Connor you are enquiring about was my fathers grandfather. I think the daughter who married O`Dowd (a Kilkenny man) was called Helen. The boxer`s name was Mike O`Dowd and I think it was around 1921 he was world champion.

There are at least 6-8 more children that I can't recall.  I'm trying to get the rest through Ann Lamb, who is currently research irish families from doon who settled in Goodhue Minn.
I had met Mike O'Dowd many times as a child (I always wanted to wrestle with him, and did) in Minneapolis and St. Paul) He had a brother I met once and I'm sure he and his wife never had kids.

Kayleen..........I have info on all 13 children (and many of there descendants) of Michael Patrick )'Connor and his wife, Mary Buckley on a 30 plus page  MS Word file.  Nell O'connor included!!! Many descendants still live in Doon.
