I surfed for your railway footpath and didn't find a photo. But the map on the link that I gave shows there were 2 places where railway lines crossed over Holderness Road. One was a level crossing and the other was a rail bridge over the road. It's a pity the map didn't name any minor roads which could have been an added aid when googling.
Anyway, thanks for the question which led me to the sub station site because I found a photo of Botanic Station on Spring Bank in west Hull. I have many happy childhood memories of being part of the throng taking a day trip to either Withernsea or Hornsea.
