I never met Peter but I'm sitting here crying at the news of his passing: that's the kind of impression he made on me.  He was generous and helpful to me personally and to many, many others here and I am sure that was a reflection of how he lived his life and treated his friends and family.

Please accept my deepest sympathy at your loss.

God rest his soul.

With the passing of a kind, gentle, thoughtful and considerate man the world should grieve.  I did not know him personally but it is my loss.  He sounds like one of those gents that come along once in a long while and are gone far to soon.

He may be gone physically, but he is still a part of all of you and will be as long as you live.  So have a toast to him at Christmas and remember him with joy and laughter....and keep on talking to him ... he just might hear.
