I have the marriage of William Deadman  to Florence Emily Finnis Q1 1921 Eastry Registration District.

What I'm trying to find out is whether she was Florence Emily who was born in Sandwich in 1894. Her mother was Charlotte Jane Finnis b 1869 in Sandwich, father unknown.

I think William was born in Northfleet. Is there anyone who has an interest in the Deadman family who might be able to help?

I know that I can send for the marriage certificate but probably not a good idea, post wise just before Christmas.

I'd be grateful for any help. Finnisfinder.

Hi all
Response to a very old post. I am a Deadman sharing ancestry with William B (Northfleet, 1893) through Thomas Dedman (Deadman),  born Telscomb, sussex, 1793, d. Fawkham, Kent, 1861. I have William married to Florence Emily with Florence dying in St Helens in 1983.

Hope this is some help
