Hi, Donna.

Could you be so kind as to look up what you can find of my ggg grandmother Susannah nee LANG died 29 Jan 1847, wife of John TAIT, and her mother-in-Law Mary nee SMITH died 19 May 1838, wife of George TAIT, both in Maybole.

Also possibly Mary's sons William "deceased at 32", and Samuel, and just possibly her mother-in-Law Euphemia nee ARMSTRONG, wife of John TAIT.

This would be great

Hi Donna,

I was wondering if you could please have a look to see if there are any deaths for Mc Hallan as I have a James Mc Hallan who was 2 on the 1841 cesus and 12 on the 1815 census living with his grandmother with no mention of his parents?

Also if you wouldn't mind looking for a John Gillespie (Glaspy, Glespie)? He was on the 1841 census but not on the 1851.

mrs tait,died 18 feb 1847,isle lane,age 60,not known
mrs mary tait,died 18 aug 1853,charlotte street,

there are a few gilespies listed but no john ,there was this one i thought might interest you
..... gilespie,interred 31 oct 1833,child of john gilespie,labourere,still born
and no luck with mchallan,but there were a few mchallum
