Her marriage could have taken place anytime from 1950 onwards and voluntary transcriptions for that period are very thin on the ground.
If you are unable to find the marriage on freebmd - which is an incomplete website - you will need to search the full GRO index which is available at your local main library or online if you have an Ancestry subscription. A large number of libraries also have free Ancestry access
