I have hit a problem after finding two Cornelius Keen's in Chedworth, Glos born in 1830. One has a father WIlliam Keen, the other's father is Joseph Keen. Can anyone help me to find out which one is my ancestor? Thanks

Hi keen17,
If Cornelius married then his father's name should be on the marriage certificate.
Could this be him:
Marriages: Cornelius Keen Dec 1853 Cheltenham 6a 799 (found on FreeBMD)

If you go to
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~hughwallis/IGIBatchNumbers/CountryEngland.htm#PageTitle
and search the Chedworth batch for Keen you will be given data extracted from church records. There seems to have been three Corneliuses in Chedworth - two baptized and the parent of one of them.
But the source of the data about W.K. being a labourer was not given to you so you might find it difficult to share it with researchers.
Oh the problems!!
Regards
Chas
