Wow... what exciting news.  I finally was able to catch up with a weeks worth of postings on this thread.  I was thinking about it so much while I was away I found myself in the playground explaning it all to my 20 month old granddaughter.  I even got her to try and say Robert but when she did it came out more like oert  lol I'm afraid she was more interested in the swings and slides than in her Nana's story  ;D

If anyone would be so kind as to mail me an actual copy of the newspaper article I would be very greatful.

Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of this great adventure.

Hello Dollylee and welcome back!

Sounds like you had a lovely time with your granddaughter - have you come back refreshed or shattered?  ;)

I'll put you on the list for the Echo.  It's driving me mad now after thinking it was going in last Friday!!!

Keep your fingers crossed!

Okay guys, here's the list I've been keeping.

If anyone is missing please let me know.  Also, I've got a bit confused as to who is picking up copies for whoooom so if you have offered to buy and send one, please copy and paste the list with amendments into a new post.

So far that's Edna buying 2, and 5 others to buy and post off which I'll sort out with tisgrannie's husband.....  ;)  Ask me no questions.....  :-X

I'm happy to scan and email copies to everyone else.

Thanks,

Lynne

Hi I want an actual newspaper from Liverpool!!! With a great story in and wonderful photo of Roberts Grave. With Mr Paisley stood along side it. For posterity. To leave with all my other stuff to my great, great, grandchildren. To let then know what kind of people lived and where around in 2008. Kind caring people who wanted a story to have a happy ending, a story that started some 90 years before!
So I will hope that they print tomorrow as it is the last day my husband will be in Liverpool.
If David rings tomorrow MissM please tell my husband how many he must buy! I will be unavailable by phone until lunchtime and that is for a short time! School and classrooms interfere with my life!
I will leave you MissM to decide the number required. You have started a list. I will get what is on there and send them on Saturday morning. Please God!
I will check for emails before school.
goodnight Godbless

Would it be possible for someone to maybe scan a copy of the article onto this post, for all rootschatters to read and copy if they wish to? I'm very much looking forward to reading it.
