Wow... what exciting news.  I finally was able to catch up with a weeks worth of postings on this thread.  I was thinking about it so much while I was away I found myself in the playground explaning it all to my 20 month old granddaughter.  I even got her to try and say Robert but when she did it came out more like oert  lol I'm afraid she was more interested in the swings and slides than in her Nana's story  ;D

If anyone would be so kind as to mail me an actual copy of the newspaper article I would be very greatful.

Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of this great adventure.

Hi all

I've been keeping a list of those of you who asked for a scanned copy so I will be sending them out when it finally reaches print!

No news yet from David, the reporter but there has been big news in Liverpool toay so I'm guessing there was no room  :(  David said he will ring me when it goes in.

Fingers crossed!

Hi MissM, Its much welcomed news thats in the Echo and I am sure its front page news around the globe. Robert won't mind I am sure. I have not heard from the editor of the Echo regarding date of print. I would imagine he doesn't know either. I do think its when they find a space for these kind of stories. I was wondering if we could buy some copies! I would be happy to pay for them and mail them out, except of course for Annie and kidsnana  (special delivery)  :)
IF YOU WOULD BUY SOME COPIES I WOULD BE GLAD TO SEND YOU A CHECK!
If any one would like a copy please let us know so we can get you one. Saying we! as in the Royal we!
I am sure someone will pick them up if you can't MissM. What do you think? Is this the way to get them do you think. Its Ok to read it online but I would like the paper itself.

DDdaaa!
Funnily enough my husband was working in the centre of Liverpool today and he will be there again tiomorrow. I just thought if I pm you Tony's mobile number and David the reporter rings you tomorrow could you ring him and he could pick up however many we get asked for. Thinking on my feet here!
What do you think?

Hi tisgrannie

That would be handy if hubby doesn't mind.  ;D  I will be able to get some myself but will ring if I hear anything. I'm not at home at the moment but have a list there of people who want a scanned copy and people who want an actual copy.  I think Edna is taking care of Michel's and her own.

I'll let you know when I get home tonight
