Can I just say .... what is the matter with the Echo ??  :-\

I'm thrilled it's in after all this time and I don't want to sound ungrateful .... but ..... we all know newspapers never get it right  ........  ::)

At least Robert's name is out there .... but how will his relatives know to contact RootsChat ?? -  they didn't mention RootsChat ..... and then ..... wait till Michel finds out he's a farmer !!  ;D .... and then ....... they didn't even mention his name ....... and poor Graham .... look at the size of the picture .... after all that about the picture not being big enough !!

YIPPEE!  Just strolling around the shops, noticed the Echo, bought all my stuff, thought 'it can't be in, the reporter hasn't rung, went and had a look anyway.....  YIPPEE!

Just scanning it in as we speak because there's more in the paper than online.

Good old Echo!

Yippee!

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thanks Edna -  I was just struggling to make it small enough to post.

Annie,

It might be my fault they got things wrong - I wrote to them in the first place.  Sorry you are disappointed.

Lynne dont you worry about fault just await a flurry of interest from the nationals and then you can get the right story in print

They will all be seeking you out in the next week I am sure of that

Michel found the tag on the beach while walking as he found several other items of interest some 25 years ago according to the earlier thread synopsis am I right Annie.

I have the Echo's ordered from me here and will be in the post today except for Michels and he will be collecting his in person sometime soon I hope
