That would be very hard for me to understand never mind Michel trying to translate as I never saw it "ello ello" I mean.

As long as the good stuff keeps arriving that will be fine

As our lovely Rabbit would quote..
'Wotta mistaka ta maka!'
Very clever program 'Allo 'Allo, for the most part played seriously, but so funny it made it one of the most brilliant of comedies.
All spoken in English but each country with it's own overplayed accent.
The English SOE bloke, who was working with the Resistance spoke English with the adopted/exagerated French accent, but kept slipping in the wrong words...'Good moaning,' rather than 'Good morning,' and the like to show he had a poor grasp of the language.
All very cleverly done, and one comedy program that I could get a good giggle out of.

Paula, I loved it when the English airmen spoke supposedly in English but it came out as 'fah, fah, fah, fah, fah,...'!  Brilliant! ;D

Makes you wonder how he could say it, and HOW did the others keep straight faces.

I take it we are in the same state as the Grand Old Duke of York, when he was neither 'up' or 'down'

Hi

Just spent the best part of tonight reading this post from the very beginning.  The effort and determination of you guys has made me smile and brought a tear to my eye at every turn.  What an amazing thing you are trying to do.

I would like to send a cheque if it will help in some small way.   Sorry but after so many posts who do I  PM for the address and who to make it payable to  - I think its MissM but I'm getting confused  ???

I have to say, I lost a great uncle aged 19 in WW1, I feel this is one small gesture to say "you will never be forgotten" to him and all those brave young boys who lost their lives so tragically.  So this is for Sam as well if you don't mind.
